We are feeling very refreshed now that we’ve had some time to recuperate after the Crowdfunding Campaign and PAX Unplugged. We are ready to hit the ground running with next steps so I thought this would be a good time to share the Development Road Map as it is currently with you all!
FIST UP: We are going to be organizing the last things needed to get everyone's surveys out in the next two weeks so expect another update and an email in your inbox from Backer kit shortly!

PAX UNPLUGGED and Opportunities for Late Backers!

We are set up for PAX Unplugged!
This is our first convention booth (#3951!) for Mythic Grove and we are so thrilled to have it full to the seams with Dakota Curry’s work!
We wanted you all got to be the first to see the prototype Art Prints.
Art Prints are not up for purchase outside the convention yet but will be available in our add-on Market Place once all the Illustrations have been upgraded!
Also for folks who missed the Kickstarter but want to join in before games are available in retail we are thrilled to let you know that we are opening up our Pre-Order store for Late Backers tomorrow!!
Expect a photo roundup from throughout the convention once we are back!
Both of us are looking forward to getting back in the Development seat once we wrap things up and appreciate all of you coming along with us for the ride!

WHAT A REFRESHING BREAK!

Taking a long weekend plus a few extra days off after that incredible end to the Kickstarter campaign was very much needed! That last day, in particular, was so much (in the best way!) and we definitely feel better having rested.
So, now that we are back in the office let's take a look at everything coming up next for us, the tentative roadmap ahead, and some goals we have as we move into the new year to keep you up to date with everything 'Session Zero System' related!
MYTHICGROVE WILL BE AT PAX UNPLUGGED and we are so thrilled! As we prep for the Convention that first weekend of December, expect a peek at what we’ll have on offer! We’ll release high-quality art to Backers first that will appear as Posters on the Con floor, we’ll show you behind-the-scenes sneak peeks of different goodies/ scavenger hunts we’ll be running and much more!
We have some other exciting news about what we'll be up to at PAX U! Once we're a little closer to the event and as soon as we can say more you'll be the first to know!
MONTHLY UPDATES INTO THE NEW YEAR! As we take some time over the holidays to be with family, we plan on jumping into main Development again in early January. Between now and when we have our first round of Early Playtesting Material to share we’ll make sure you get at least one update each month with noteworthy news!
THE ROAD MAP GOING FORWARD! Here are the tentative steps we’ve outlined with GPI for manufacturing and Fulfillment. THIS IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE and if any changes do occur we will make sure you are the first to know!
DECEMBER: PAX U and a Holiday Break!
JANUARY: Main Art and Dev starts Back up!
FEBRUARY: First Round of Early Playtesting Material to ’ALL-IN’ Backers and above.
MARCH: Playtesting Material Round 2 Live to All Backers!
APRIL: All Files to GPI for Manufacturing
MAY - JUNE: Quality Control Checks & Final Printing
AUGUST: Games shipped to Distribution Center
SEPTEMBER: Games Assembled and Packaged!
OCTOBER: Planned Shipping Buffer in case of delays
NOVEMBER: GAMES OUT FOR DELIVERY!!
We’ve built in more time than is needed in a few key places so we can easily absorb delays without putting our timeline at risk! If things seem drawn out that is absolutely by design!
Andthere are evenmore things we’ll be tackling outside this manufacturing timeline: We have a 5 Episode Actual Play to produce for you all in partnership with One More Multiverse! We have more How-To videos in production for other Parts of the game that dive deeper into the tool we’ll be providing. We have SO MUCH ART TO SHARE and we are truly thrilled for all of you to see it.
We want you to know that we’ll be hard at work to bring eachof these to you in the near future and we’ll let you know when we’ve pleased the scheduling gods enoughto make happen.

You all believed in this game and in our team. You've been so kind and engaged at every turn. Your support over these last 30 days has been unwavering and truly incredible. We've been so proud of the generosity of our backers, the response to our commitment to the community copies, the quality of responses and feedback to polls, all of it. Thank you.
There is so much more to come. This is the end of one phase in the life of the Session Zero System and the beginning of an even bigger one. We are going to reach out in a few days after we have had time to decompress from this marathon and update you on the road map ahead.
In the very close future, Mythic Grove will be at Pax Unplugged! We absolutely smashed our last stretch goal and so will have a lot to share. With new art and other developmental work, we'll be bringing all of you along with us as we prepare for the Convention!
Also coming up on the horizon, we will work with the incredible team at Backerkit to set up the Pledge Manager. That is going to be a long road as Dakota has a lot of art to get to in the new year. As we tackle each new task we will keep you updated!

We have one last push to reach our last goal and just under 30 hours to do it in! Here's to the last day!
As we move towards closing the campaign we wanted to share just how grateful we are to have found such an incredible welcome with our first crowdfunding project. We are looking forward to the next steps ahead that will let us get this game into all of your hands. Thank you for believing in us.
