Part 1 of 2 Fulfillment Update!

Hello everyone!
This is the first part of a two-part update as we get closer to the final stages of fulfillment for the Session Zero System- so here’s where we stand!
THE GAMES ARE PRINTED! We are getting everything packaged and ready to ship Ocean Freight. As we know this is where fulfillment schedules can be made or be broken so we will keep you as up-to-date as we can as progress unfolds. Between the weather, delays in carrier schedules, ocean traffic (what a phrase), and backups at customs we have big hurdles to clear but have set ourselves for as much success as possible!
SURVEYS ARE FINALLY HERE! We are sending out a 5% Smoke test so some backers will be seeing those in their inboxes. If all goes well there the rest will be live by Halloween. This is where you will be able to update your address, tweak orders, and check out our add-on marketplace if you want more of the Session Zero System in your world.
WE HAVE FINAL SAMPLES TO SHOW YOU! The last round of print samples are in our hands and we can share a sweet sneak peek of the Art Book and the Fragment Deck complete with all the updated art and bonus chapters the Kickstarter helped us make.

IT'S FINALLY TIME!
The Digital version of the Session Zero System is on its way to you! These will be to the email addresses associated with your Kickstarter account.
We've partnered with DriveThruRPG to help us fulfill the digital reward tiers so keep an eye out for an email from them. Each will have a unique download code that will get you access to both the Full Color and the Printer Friendly versions of the game.
If you have any questions or need any support please message us here on Kickstarter and we'll make sure you get your copy of the game.

Happy August backers!
Both of us at Mythic Grove had a lot to prep gearing up for Gencon this weekend- we had a packed schedule and were thrilled for everything that was in store!
With your continued support as an incredible backer community we are humbled and so proud to say The Session Zero System is now ENNIE AWARD WINNING!
We are thankful for all your love throughout this process making a game we believe will make a difference at countless gaming tables. This is shared with each and every one of you!
Post Gencon we are finalizing the format for the Digital Rewards including a bonus version of the game that is build especially for Mobile users. That means everyone will be getting 3 versions of the PDF: Full Color, Printer Friendly and Mobile for on the go playing (to be sent out to backers later on in August!)
Backers can expect that reward to hit inboxes August 15th!
Logistically we also want to give folks a heads up, especially in the US, that there is a still a possibility for a UPS Teamsters strike later this year. As of today the Union has negotiated a tentative deal avertind the August 1st contract expiration but the details still need to be refined and ink needs to dry on the page. We don’t expect this to impact fulfillment in November but as we keep an eye on all the moving pieced we want you to be aware of what we have in our peripheral. This is a summer of Labor Movements in the US especially and we stand with workers striking in so many industries! As things continue to unfold we will keep you informed and we thank you for heading into the home stretch with us!
Many of the last larger pieces are falling into place and we look forward to sharing those final milestones with you as we get closer and closer to fulfillment!

SAMPLE PRINTS INCOMING AND WE GOT AN ENNIE NOMINATION!

What a July, Backers. The game is done. Print files are headed to the factory and we will be getting samples back for quality control review before the main printing begins.
We are all set to release the Full Color and Printer Friendly version to backers in early August.
And last but certainly not least, ‘The Session Zero System’ has been nominated for an Ennie in the ‘Best Aid/ Accessory Digital’ category! Judging is currently open if you’d like to cast your vote we would be endlessly grateful! FOR 2023 VOTING CLICK HERE
We’re going to pick up steam from here on out. Once we’ve confirmed that we love how the game looks we’ll pull the lever and begin printing all backer copies!
In early August, Backers whose Pledges included Digital copies of the game will receive a link to download both documents and can start playing!
We are also finalizing shipping logistics as we’ve locked in our weights and dimensions for the game and will be updating you on that front shortly.
